Course highlights: Level 1 Food Technology focuses around students learning to follow and understand procedures. Students will learn about processes and techniques used in food product development.   Students must be organised if they are to complete this programme at Merit/Excellence.

 

Vocational Pathway: Manufacturing and Technology, Construction and Infrastructure, Creative Industries, Services Industries.   

 

This course can lead to: Preparing you for Food Technology at Level 2.
