Course Description

Course Highlights: Science General focuses on the requirements for Science at Level 2 and must be taken by students who are, or even just considering, taking Biology, Chemistry or Physics in Year 12.


This course can lead to: Year 12 studies in any combination of Biology, Chemistry or Physics.

Science General will also include one or two internally assessed Achievement Standards co-constructed with students.  Please note the Teacher in Charge reserves the right to change the range of Achievement Standards on offer.  A possible range of selections include:

AS90943 Investigate the implication of heat for everyday life
AS90926 Report on a biological issue
